Acceptance and Applicability of Terms
Accessing or using the a38 platform (a38.bio) means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply only to users residing in Bangladesh and accessing the platform from there. By registering or logging in, users automatically agree to these terms.
A38 reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon publication. Users are advised to review the updated terms at each visit.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Creation
To create an account on a38, users must be 18 years or older. All registration information must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may lead to suspension or permanent closure of the account.
Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts detected under the same person will all be closed, and associated balances may be forfeited.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share your information with anyone. You will be held accountable for all activities performed through your account.
If unauthorized access is suspected, immediately notify the support team. Regularly change your password and use a strong password.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Platform users must refrain from the following activities:
- Attempting to exploit the platform by fraudulent or unauthorized means.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.
- Any attempts to damage or interfere with the platform’s software or systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Operating an account anonymously or under another person's identity.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Rules
All financial transactions on the a38 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts follow platform limits.
You must complete account verification before requesting withdrawals. Verification is done once, after which withdrawals are processed faster. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24–72 hours.
A38 reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions in the following cases:
- If fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Incomplete account verification.
- Due to technical errors or accidental extra credits.
If excessive amounts are deposited by mistake due to technical errors, a38 reserves the right to retract the excess funds. Users must cooperate in these situations.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

The a38 platform is provided "as is." a38 is not liable for any losses caused by technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
A38 accepts no responsibility for any financial loss resulting from betting or game outcomes. Participation is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content on the a38 platform—including logos, design, software, text, graphics, and branding—is the exclusive property of a38.
Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Connections
A38 may sometimes reference third-party services or information. a38 is not responsible for any third-party content or activities.
Third-party payment services (such as bKash, Nagad) have their own terms that also apply.
Account Suspension, Closure & Modification Policy
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
A38 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- If any provision of these terms is violated.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- Failure to provide necessary verification information within the specified time.
- For security or legal reasons.
Account closure by the user’s own choice
Users may close their accounts voluntarily. Please withdraw any pending funds before closing. Remaining balances will be handled according to applicable policies.

A38 reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Major changes will be announced on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms will be governed and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh. Bangladesh courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
